In 2004, an agreement was contracted between Castle Industrial Systems, Inc - a Philippine company with a decade of track record in Pollution Control and Mesar EnvironAir of Canada to form a joint venture company under the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) umbrella with the end objective of transfer of technology between partners.
By 2005, after the proper documentation and investment needs were in place, a new company carrying the expertise, experience, financial capacity and range of knowledge by the two joint venture partners was born - EnvironAir Asia, Inc.
